Kirloskar Ferrous Industries allots 44,200 equity shares under ESOS

Kirloskar Industries announced that Kirloskar Ferrous Industries, a listed material subsidiary of the Company, has allotted 44,200 equity shares of Rs.5 each upon exercise of employee stock options pursuant to 'KFIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017'.

Consequently, the paid-up share capital of KFIL has increased from 137,777,791 equity shares of Rs.5 each aggregating to Rs. 688,888,955 to 137,821,991 equity shares of Rs.5 each aggregating to Rs. 689,109,955.
