W.e.f. 31st January 2018 business closing hours
Sri. R. Kannan Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on 31st January 2018. However, he continues to be the Executive Director of the Company.The Company has appointed Sri. K.R. Badrinarayanan as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1st February 2018. Further, Sri. Velur Nitayanandam Jayaprakasam has resigned as director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on 25th January 2018.
