Kolte Patil Developers net profit declines 58.38% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 1.28% to Rs 45.81 crore

Net profit of Kolte Patil Developers declined 58.38% to Rs 11.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 27.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 1.28% to Rs 45.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 45.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 29.37% to Rs 46.38 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 65.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 6.66% to Rs 160.29 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 150.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
