KPIT Technologies gets High Court approval

For scheme of amalgamation

KPIT Technologies announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of KPIT Global Solutions (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company has been approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide Order dated 28 August 2014. The Certified True Copy of the said order was received by the Company on 23 September 2014.
