The QIP Committee of Kridhan Infra at its meeting held on 20 December 2017 passed the following resolutions -

Authorising the opening of QIP on 20 December 2017;

Approved the preliminary placement document dated 20 December 2017 in connection with QIP; and

Approved the floor price of Rs 102.82 per share for the QIP issue.
