L&T Finance Holdings announces resignation of director

With effect from 11 April 2016

L&T Finance Holdings announced that N. Sivaraman, President & Whole-time Director of the Company would be retiring from the services of the L&T Financial Services Group w.e.f. 11 April 2016 and consequent to his retirement, the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted his resignation from the Board effective that date.
