From 14 August 2018
Lakshmi Precision Screws announced that operations of Plant -1 of the company has been restarted from 14 August 2018.The company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) vide order dated 18 July 2018 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal [NCLT], Chandigarh Bench.
