Lakshmi Vilas Bank rights issue fully subscribed

Issue size is Rs 409.79 crore

Lakshmi Vilas Bank announced that the Bank opened its Rights Issue for an amount of Rs. 409.79 crore on 08 August 2014. The issue remained open for 15 days and closed on 22 August 2014. The Issue was fully subscribed and received subscription of 112%. Axis Capital acted as the sole lead manager to the Rights Issue.
