Larsen & Toubro allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Larsen & Toubro has allotted 2,43,216 (Two Lakh Forty Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen) shares on 31 July 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
