Larsen & Toubro consolidated net profit rises 28.12% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 12.02% to Rs 36827.99 crore

Net profit of Larsen & Toubro rose 28.12% to Rs 3180.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2482.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 12.02% to Rs 36827.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 32875.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 42.70% to Rs 6485.50 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 4544.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.88% to Rs 110011.00 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 101975.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
