Larsen & Toubro Ltd Spikes 1.84%, S&P BSE Capital Goods index Rises 1.23%

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has added 1.26% over last one month compared to 1.98% gain in S&P BSE Capital Goods index and 0.85% drop in the SENSEX

Larsen & Toubro Ltd rose 1.84% today to trade at Rs 1318. The S&P BSE Capital Goods index is up 1.23% to quote at 17276.9. The index is up 1.98 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Grindwell Norton Ltd increased 0.55% and Bharat Electronics Ltd added 0.5% on the day. The S&P BSE Capital Goods index went down 1.16 % over last one year compared to the 13.85% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has added 1.26% over last one month compared to 1.98% gain in S&P BSE Capital Goods index and 0.85% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 7989 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 94506 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 1606.7 on 28 May 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 1202.3 on 14 Feb 2019.
