Larsen & Toubro standalone net profit rises 94.98% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 15.51% to Rs 26941.74 crore

Net profit of Larsen & Toubro rose 94.98% to Rs 2445.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1254.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 15.51% to Rs 26941.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 23323.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 1.22% to Rs 5387.30 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 5453.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 13.30% to Rs 74462.55 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 65723.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
