Lords Chloro Alkali announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 01 August 2016

Lords Chloro Alkali announced that Santosh Kumar, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company and the Company has accepted his resignation on 01 August 2016. He will continue to be the Company Secretary of the Company during the notice period.
