1. Saloni Goyal has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 27 September 2014.

2. Vijay Gupta has been appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer w.e.f. 07 October 2014.

3. Shweta Arora has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 07 October 2014.
