Maharashtra Seamless net profit rises 74.92% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 0.62% to Rs 326.65 crore

Net profit of Maharashtra Seamless rose 74.92% to Rs 28.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 16.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 0.62% to Rs 326.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 328.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 36.66% to Rs 97.12 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 153.32 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 30.01% to Rs 1205.17 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1722.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
