Mahindra Renewables divests its stake in Cleansolar Renewable Energy to CLP India
Capital MarketMahindra & Mahindra announced that Mahindra Renewables (MRPL), a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has completed the sale of 96,23,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each held by MRPL in Cleansolar Renewable Energy (CREPL) aggregating to 100% of the paid-up equity share Capital of CREPL to CLP India for a consideration of Rs 108.39 crore.
With this transaction, CREPL has ceased to subsidiary of MRPL and the company.
