Manaksia announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 04 September 2014

Manaksia announced that Anubhav Maheshwari has resigned from the post of Company Secretary.

The Company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 04 September 2014. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Maheshwari also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
