Manappuram Finance allots NCDs aggregating Rs 150 crore

Manappuram Finance announced that Financial Resources and Management committee of Board of Directors of the Company allotted 1500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures by way of Private Placement, having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 150 crore (One Hundred and Fifty Crores only) on 27 September 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
