Marico fixes record date for 2nd interim dividend

Record date is 08 February 2016; Dividend payment date is 29 February 2016

Marico announced that the Company has fixed 08 February 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend.

In the event of dividend being declared by the Board of Directors the payment date for the Second Interim Dividend shall be 29 February 2016.
