Maruti Suzuki India standalone net profit rises 10.03% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 14.38% to Rs 20594.30 crore

Net profit of Maruti Suzuki India rose 10.03% to Rs 1882.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1710.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 14.38% to Rs 20594.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 18005.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.06% to Rs 7721.80 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 7350.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 16.73% to Rs 78104.80 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 66909.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
