With effect from 30 June 2017

Mathew Easow Research Securities announced that Manoj Govinda Shetty, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the office of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 30 June 2017. The Board will consider the same in their forthcoming meeting held on 29 May 2017.
