Sales rise 26.49% to Rs 461.38 crore

Net profit of Mawana Sugars reported to Rs 64.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 68.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 26.49% to Rs 461.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 364.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 2.21 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 180.60 crore during the previous year ended December 2014. Sales rose 6.10% to Rs 1483.02 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1397.73 crore during the previous year ended December 2014.
