Metropolis Healthcare allots 364 equity shares under RSUP

Metropolis Healthcare has allotment of 364 equity shares under Metropolis - Restrictive Stock Unit Plan, 2020. Consequent to the allotment of the aforesaid equity shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 10,23,40,258 consisting of 5,11,70,129 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,23,40,986 consisting of 5,11,70,493 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
