MMTC reports standalone net loss of Rs 20.82 crore in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 29.40% to Rs 2538.22 crore

Net loss of MMTC reported to Rs 20.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 20.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 29.40% to Rs 2538.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1961.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 3.95% to Rs 57.06 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 54.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 6.85% to Rs 11708.36 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 12568.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
