Mold-Tek Packaging allots 75,209 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Mold-Tek Packaging has allotted 75,209 fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each up on conversion of detachable warrants at price of Rs 184 per detachable warrant (comprising of face value of Rs 5 along with premium of Rs 179 per equity share, being the full amount paid on detachable warrants on voluntary basis).
