Monsanto India provides update on merger of Monsanto with Bayer
Transaction expected to close by end of 2017
Monsanto India announced that the Monsanto Company (USA)Shareowners approved the merger of Monsanto with a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer Aktiengesellschaft.
