On conversion of warrants
Moschip Semiconductor Technology has allotted 22,22,222 equity shares pursuant to conversion of equal number of warrants of the face value of Rs 2 each at price of Rs 45 (including a premium of Rs 43) on a preferential basis to MouriTech, LLC.Consequent to the above allotment, the total number of equity shares of the company has increased from 145,027,556 shares to 147,249,777 shares.
