Moschip Semiconductor Technology announces acquisitions to strengthen Semiconductor Business Unit

Moschip Semiconductor Technology has approved definitive agreements / arrangements for the acquisition of four companies, namely, Gigacom Semiconductor LLC, California, USA, Gigacom Semiconductor, Visakhapatnam, FirstPass Semiconductors, Hyderabad, and Institute of Silicon Systems, Hyderabad.

MosChip is making these acquisitions as part of the company's growth plans to offer the full suite of skillset and expand business geography.

The acquisitions will come into immediate effect, subject to all necessary approvals.
