Mphasis changes directorate

Effective from 12 February 2014

Mphasis announced that the board of directors of the company through its Circular Resolution passed on 14 February 2014 has noted the resignation of V Ravichandran as director effective from 12 February 2014 and approved the appointment of Stefan Antonio Lutz as a non-executive additional director on the board of the company effective from 12 February 2014.
