MRF standalone net profit rises 13.01% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 3.80% to Rs 3436.30 crore

Net profit of MRF rose 13.01% to Rs 375.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 332.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 3.80% to Rs 3436.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 3310.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 159.24% to Rs 2327.72 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 897.89 crore during the previous year ended September 2014. Sales rose 53.29% to Rs 20217.95 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 13189.73 crore during the previous year ended September 2014.
