Music Broadcast receives reaffirmation in credit ratings from CRISIL

Music Broadcast announced that CRISIL has reaffirmed CRISIL AA/Stable rating to the Long term facilities of the Company and CRISIL A1+ rating to the short term facilities of the Company.

Further, pursuant to redemption of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of the Company, CRISIL has withdrawn CRISIL AA/Stable rating relating to NCD's.
