With effect from 22 December 2014

Mysore Petro Chemicals announced that Jan Johansen Non-Executive Independent Director has resigned from the Board vide his letter dated 22 December 2014 due to personal reasons and pre-occupation with other commitments. The Board has accepted his resignation.
