National Aluminium Company announced that a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 18 September 2017 among NALCO, Hindustan Cooper and Mineral Exploration Corporation to explore the possibility of forming a joint venture company.To identify, explore, acquire, develop, process, primarily strategic minerals overseas and sale of these materials in India and any other countries for commercial use.
To supply these strategic minerals to India to meet the domestic requirement due to its non-availability in the country and giving a big push to Make in India.
