National Oxygen to hold board meeting

National Oxygen will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2015, to consider and approve the audited financial accounts for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2015 along with the statements of assets and liabilities and annual report thereon. & to appoint S Shanmuga Sundaram as Compliance Officer in place of Dinesh Gupta.
