Navin Fluorine International allots 6,910 equity shares under ESOP

Navin Fluorine International has allotted 6910 equity shares under ESOP on 04 March 2022. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 9.90 crore comprising of 4,95,38,595 equity shares of Rs 2 each and 14,555 partly paid up equity shares of Rs 2 each, on which Re 1 has been paid up.
