Projects to be executed separately by Sharpoorji Pallonji and Punj Llyod
NBCC (India) has awarded the following contracts wherein NBCC is working as Project Management Consultant and will get Project Management Consultancy Fee on the Project Cost @ 6.50% and revenue booking from the projects will start from September, 2017 :-1. Redevelopment of ITPO Complex into Integrated Exhibition-Cum-Convention Centre (IECC) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi to M/s Shapoorji Pallonji and Co. (P) Ltd. - M/s Shapoorji Pallonji Qatar W.L.L (JV) for Rs. 2149.93 crore (approx) with completion period of two (2) years.
2. Canal Work including Cross Drainage Structures & Design for Gosikhurd National Project in Bhandara, Nagpur and Chandrapur Districts of Maharashtra to M/s Punj Lloyd for Rs. 870.15 crore (approx) with completion period of eighteen (18) months.
