NCLT approves scheme of arrangement between Visa Steel and Visa Special Steel

Visa Steel announced that the Scheme of Arrangement between Visa Steel and Visa Special Steel and their respective shareholders & creditors ('the Scheme') for transfer of Special Steel Undertaking to Visa Special Steel has been approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, vide Order dated 8 July 2019.
