Nectar Lifescience announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 08 December 2014

Nectar Lifescience announced that the Export Import Bank of India vide its letter dated 08 December 2014, has withdrawn the nomination of Rima Marphatia from the Board of Directors of the Company.

Therefore, she is ceased to be a director of the Company.
