Neelkanth Technologies appoints company secretary cum compliance officer

Neelkanth Technologies announced that Swati Vijan appointed as a Company Secretary cum compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2016, pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
