Netlink Solutions (India) fixes record date for consolidation of equity shares

Record date is 29 January 2016

Netlink Solutions (India) has fixed 29 January 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of consolidation of every 10 (Ten) existing equity shares of nominal face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each fully paid up into 1 (One) Equity Share of nominal face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid-up.
