Network announces change in registered office

Also announces appoints Key Managerial persons

Network announced that the registered office of the Company has been changed from W-41, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-ll, New Delhi-110020 to W-39, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-ll, New Delhi-110020, with effect from 19 July 2014.

Further, the board of the Company has appointed following persons as Key Managerial persons.

i) Appointment of Ashok Kumar, Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 15 years of post qualification experience, as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 19 July 2014.

ii) Appointment of Vikas Jain, member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over 6 years of post qualification experience, as DGM - Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary with effect from 19 July 2014. He has also been appointed as compliance officer of the Company in terms of clause 47 of the listing agreement, in place of Harshit Gunani.
