NHPC net profit declines 27.28% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of NHPC declined 27.28% to Rs 583.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 802.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 25.11% to Rs 1037.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 1385.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit declined 15.28% to Rs 2348.22 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 2771.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 8.36% to Rs 5049.13 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 5509.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
