Turnover drops
Nifty February 2014 futures were at 6060.25, near spot closing of 6053.45. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 78115.35 crore from Rs 115060.46 crore on Friday, 7 February 2014.
Tata Steel February 2014 futures were at 384.30, at a premium over spot closing of 382.55.
Tata Motors February 2014 futures were at 364, near spot closing of 363.80.
Aurobindo Pharma February 2014 futures were at 488, at a premium over spot closing of 486.75.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty lost 9.75 points or 0.16% to settle at 6,053.45, its lowest closing level since 6 February 2014.
The February 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 26 February 2014.
