Turnover rises
Nifty June 2014 futures were at 7498, at premium of 23.90 points over spot closing of 7474.10. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 171847.80 crore from Rs 114944.49 crore on Wednesday, 4 June 2014.
Reliance Capital June 2014 futures were at 650.50, near spot closing of 649.
Tata Steel June 2014 futures were at 560.85, near spot closing of 560.50.
Reliance Infrastructure June 2014 futures were at 785.50, at a premium over spot closing of 782.50.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty surged 71.85 points or 0.97% to settle at 7,474.10, a record closing high.
The June 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 26 June 2014.
