Turnover drops
Nifty March 2015 futures were at 9,056.75, a premium of 60.50 points over spot closing of 8,996.25. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 169411.73 crore from Rs 225409.37 crore yesterday, 2 March 2015.
State Bank of India March 2015 futures were at Rs 304.90, at a premium over spot closing of Rs 302.80.
Reliance Industries (RIL) March 2015 futures were at Rs 907.90, at a premium over spot closing of Rs 900.15.
ICICI Bank March 2015 futures were at Rs 638.80, at a premium over spot closing of Rs 632.60.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 39.50 points or 0.44% to settle at 8,996.25, a record closing high for the index.
The March 2015 derivatives contracts expire on 26 March 2015.
