NLC drops ex-dividend

Neyveli Lignite Corporation lost 1.41% to Rs 59.30 at 14:18 IST on BSE as the stock turned ex-dividend today, 26 March 2014, for interim dividend of Re 1 per share for the year ending 31 March 2014.

Before turning ex-dividend, the stock offered a dividend yield of 0.5% based on the closing price of Rs 20 on Tuesday, 25 March 2014.
