NLC India to raise Rs 500 cr via private placement of NCDs
Capital MarketNLC India has decided to raise Rs 500 crore (with a base issue size of Rs. 125 crore and Green Shoe Option to retain oversubscription upto Rs. 375 crore) through private placement of Unsecured, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Taxable Bonds (Series II of 2021) in the nature of Debentures at a coupon of 6.85% p.a. as per the bidding process held on 16 December 2021.
The deemed date of allotment is 20 December 2021.
