NMDC intimates of proposed OFS by GoI
On 09 and 10 January 2018
NMDC announced that the Government of India is selling up to 4,74,58,357 (1.5%) equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each (Base Offer Size) on 09 January 2018 (T day) (for non-Retail Investors only) and on 10 January 2018 (T+1 day) (for Retail Investors and for non-Retail Investors who choose to carry forward their un-allotted bids) with an option to additionally sell up to 4,74,58,357 (1.5%) equity shares of NMDC.The Offer shall continue to take place during trading hours on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges.
The floor price of the Offer shall be Rs. 153.50 per Equity Share of the Company.
