ONGC Petrochemicals Mangalore allot shares to MRPL

The Board of ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals (OMPL) in the meeting held on 28 February 2015 has allotted 458988525 Rights shares to MRPL at Rs 14.20 per share. OMPL has further allotted 438611475 additional unsubscribed rights shares at Rs 14.20 per share against MRPL's subscription. With this allotment, OMPL has allotted a total of 897600000 Rights shares to MRPL at Rs 14.20 per share amounting to Rs 12745920000.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
