Opto Circuits (India) opens GDR issue

Opto Circuits (India) announced that the GDR Committee of the Company, in its meeting held on 16 June 2015 has approved the opening of issue of GDRs of the Company. Accordingly, the issue of GDRs of the Company will open on 16 June 2015.
